Definition: The capacity to accept or tolerate delay, problems, or suffering without becoming annoyed or anxious.
Patience is the ability to stand firm in the midst of challenges and delays without giving up. This includes enduring “difficult” people and situations without resorting to threatening them or losing hope. Proverbs 16:32; Exodus 34: 6-7; Hebrews 10:37
Prayer focus:
Thank God for His patience with you, revealing His nature of being slow to anger and abounding in love. Exodus 34:6; Romans 2:4
Pray for the Holy Spirit to enable you to remain firm and unshakeable in your faith. 1 Corinthians 15: 58
